We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a very safe neighborhood. The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the luxurious spa and rooftop bar with a jacuzzi to the stylish and comfortable rooms. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the breakfast options were delicious, with both Mexican and American choices available. The location in the nice Condesa neighborhood was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to great restaurants and explore the surrounding area.
