We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was awesome, as it was part of a large mall and very close to everything in the city. It was in a tourist area and the transportation was very convenient, with a station just below. The hotel facilities were excellent, and we especially loved the cleanliness of the room. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, providing free coffee and cookies twice a day by the elevator for anyone to enjoy. Their customer service was impressive, with the restaurant staff, housekeeping, and guest services being attentive to all our requests. The breakfast was delicious as well.
