We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the historic center. The room was spacious and very clean, with windows that overlooked the quiet interior courtyard. The concierges were extremely helpful, recommending wonderful restaurants and arranging tours. The buffet breakfast was delicious and opened early at 6:30 a.m. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the Zรณcalo and several museums.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, with beautiful historical atrium before any other location for the museums and historical locations. The breakfast was delicious, especially Lulu in the breakfast area. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable.

We had the perfect stay! The hotel's location was incredible, right in the heart of the city, next to major attractions, making it ideal for exploring the city on foot. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. We particularly loved the fact that the hotel had two great restaurants, offering authentic Mexican cuisine, giving us a true taste of the local flavors. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, providing us with helpful suggestions, directions, and even arranging taxis. We felt incredibly safe with the 24-hour doormen and locked entrance. this hotel has everything you need for a fantastic stay in the city.
