The location of this hotel is fantastic, just a short 3-minute walk to Zona Rosa where you can find bars, restaurants, and shops. It's also conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to explore the city and visit downtown and the major museums. The hotel itself is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful, even speaking English. The breakfast is delicious, with a menu-style restaurant offering a great selection.
Everything was spot on, I couldn't find any negatives during my stay.
Very friendly and helpful staff, some of whom speak English. Clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Good quality towels and safe in the room. Excellent location, within a short walking distance to Zona Rosa, metro trains, restaurants, and bars in Condessa.

The hotel's location in the Zona Rosa district is perfect, with easy access to the Chapultepec Castle and numerous restaurants nearby. Additionally, it is conveniently located close to a high-end mall where you can catch the Turibus. The cleanliness of the rooms is impeccable, with a spacious bed and a spotless bathroom that provided towels and always had steaming hot water. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and professional, making check-in a breeze. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a restaurant on the premises that offered a great breakfast buffet. this hotel provided great value for the price paid.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to attractions like Polanco, Bosque de Chapultepec, el Zocalo, Roma. The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, with spotless rooms and a bathroom stocked with towels and hot water. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The breakfast buffet was amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options. this 3-star property exceeded my expectations in terms of facilities and transportation convenience.
