We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the staff always cleaning and ensuring a tidy environment. The hotel facilities were modern and colorful, with a great central location. The transportation options were abundant, with taxis right outside the door and easy access to Uber. The location was super central, close to everything we wanted to do, and easily accessible. The included breakfast was tasty and filling, providing us with a great start to our day.
It was all superb.
The hotel's location on Calle Genova made it easy for us to explore the city's attractions like the old city center and the National Museum of Anthropology. We also loved the fact that there were many walkable places and restaurants around the hotel, with others easily accessible via the metro. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the hotel facilities, including the small kids play area, added to our enjoyable stay. The breakfast provided a variety of options, catering well to different tastes. Lastly, the staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better. It's close to Reforma and Chapultepec, with plenty of restaurants and stores surrounded. The area felt safe and full of life. The hotel itself is new and clean, with furniture in good condition. The beds and pillows were so comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which was plentiful and delicious. The staff was friendly and accommodating, with excellent service. We were able to use the free WiFi without any issues.
