We had an incredible experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, with large windows opening onto a balcony, providing a nice view. The bathroom was great too. The hotel's location was ideal, being close to Zona Rosa but far enough away to escape the crowds and noise. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They even helped us in securing tickets to high-demand venues. The breakfast selection was impressive, with fresh food prepared to order as well as a buffet.

They found a doctor who came to the hotel, and the operations director made sure I was well taken care of at all times. I will never forget their concern and kindness. The location of the hotel was perfect for me, situated in a safe neighborhood. The hotel itself had modern facilities, and I especially appreciated the reliable wifi network. It was also conveniently located near the tourist area, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff were friendly and attentive.
